How Our Shipping Rates are Calculated:

The shipping charges for your order will be calculated at displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package, and your destination. 

Communications and Order Tracking: 

After each successfully placed order, we will send an email to your registered account contact details with the details of your purchase. 

Once your order is processed 24-48 hours, we will send you an order tracking number via email where you can track the progress of your order. 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges: 

We strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with every order. However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and unused. You can exchange your item for another product in our store.
